Is there anything more precious than a soft, sweet smelling newborn? Yeah, I didn’t think so either. This little chunky monkey is the newest addition to Jake and Erica’s family and everyone couldn’t be happier.
Speaking of sweet smelling babies, my husband hasn’t really been around newborns enough to remember and appreciate how wonderfully intoxicating their lovely scent really is. Since Jake and Erica are good friends of ours, they came over a weekend or two after their session so my husband could meet the baby in person. As I smell her head and swim in the sweetness, my husband out of curiosity does the same. “Oh my gosh! She DOES smell good! I didn’t know what you were talking about but I totally get it now,” he exclaimed. I think Erica and I laughed about that the rest of the night. Well, I laughed between inhaling that is.
Look at how sweet she is. Can’t you almost smell her now?
